Meet Liah Frazier, the accomplished legal professional and founder of Frazier Law, P.A. Serving as the Sole Practitioner since 2021, Liah brings a wealth of experience in immigration law to her practice. With a keen focus on client representation, Liah effectively manages all administrative and ownership responsibilities.
Prior to founding Frazier Law, Liah served as the Supervising Attorney at the Law Office of Jan Peter Weiss in West Palm Beach from 2015 to 2021. In this role, she handled a diverse range of cases, including master hearings, individual hearings, asylum interviews, permanent resident interviews, naturalization interviews, bond hearings, and credible fear interviews.
Liah also represented individuals accused of criminal offenses, including misdemeanors and felonies. Her commitment extended to representing Unaccompanied Minors seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status in both Immigration Court proceedings and State Court Dependency proceedings. Beyond client representation, Liah contributed to the legal field through legal research and writing, while also managing attorneys and support staff. Notably, she served Spanish-speaking clients with dedication and proficiency.
Liah’s legal journey began at the Douglas County Public Defender’s Office in Omaha, Nebraska, where she served as an Assistant Public Defender from 2007 to 2013. Here, she represented indigent individuals in criminal cases, gaining valuable experience in Juvenile Court proceedings and handling a caseload of Spanish-speaking clients.
Liah Frazier is an accomplished legal professional and the founder of Frazier Law, P.A. Practicing law since 2007 and specializing in immigration law since 2015, Liah brings a wealth of experience to her practice. Notably, serving Spanish-speaking clients with dedication and proficiency. She has a strong background in litigation, giving oral argument before the Florida Supreme Court in 2016, an accomplishment few attorneys reach in their career. Prior to founding Frazier Law, P.A., Liah served as the Supervising Attorney at the Law Office of Jan P. Weiss in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, she handled a diverse range of cases while supervising and managing office personnel. Prior to moving to Florida, Liah’s legal journey began at the Douglas County Public Defender’s Office in Omaha, Nebraska where she served as an Assistant Public Defender honing her litigation skills. Liah has been a member, in-good-standing, of the Florida State Bar since 2014 and the Nebraska State Bar since 2007. She earned her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2007, receiving honors such as the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Practice and the Frances M. Ryan Scholarship. Liah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from The Ohio State University, where she achieved Dean’s List recognition. In addition to her legal achievements, Liah’s linguistic skills enhance her ability to serve clients from diverse backgrounds. She possesses advanced proficiency in Spanish and is currently learning Italian. As the daughter of a naturalized immigrant, Liah is passionate about providing exceptional legal assistance to those looking to establish their roots in the United States.
